This car repair shop is awesome! When I came in to get my oil changed, they looked at a lot of things in my car and let me know what my car status was.

I went in for an oil change and was greeted by Ivan as soon as I walked in. There is plenty of places to plugin a phone or laptop to work while you wait. Refreshments, hand sanitizer, and a very clean bathroom. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. As a female I've always had to go to mechanics blindly, hoping and trusting they were being as straight and honest as my dad would be when he used to check my car knowing I was on a budget. Previous decades I've had my car fixed only to find out after the fact they took advantage of me. I really didn't need a new ____ (fill in the blank), or I was charged double the amount I should've been charged. So I appreciate you, your team, and family owned business. I now look forward to bringing my car in for future repairs and maintenance.

Ivan and his team at Arizona Exclisive are professional, timely, and very honest men. We call him first for all of our needs from maintenance to major repairs. He gets the right parts quickly, guarantees his work, and does not recommend work that isn't necessary. We feel fortunate to have found his shop. And if there's work he can't do, he gives reliable recommendations.

My wife and I plan on downsizing from a Toyota Tundra to a more economical vehicle as we get closer to retirement. We asked for his advice and spent a lot of time with us in helping narrow our search. He is a wealth of knowledge. Very fair, honest review of car issues. Ivan is great on analysis and followup. He recently replaced a rear light bulb (he admitted that he should have caught this in a recent service ) for free - a local 'Subaru dealer quoted $40. I would highly recommend his shop!!!

By far the most reliable, adequately priced and professional Car repair I have ever found. Ivan was upfront about the repair that I needed in the upcoming months and what can wait while I budget for it. He did not use a scare tactic like two other mechanics b4 him tried to use to get more repairs done. Arizona Exclusive car repair was transparent about their rates and work I needed done. He just cares about his clients and you can tell. Once my son starts driving that will be his place as well.

I must say I had the most absolutely amazing service provided be these exceptionally outstanding mechanics. I was going through a family emergency where I had to buy somewhat of a jalopy and have a complete service repair to get my nieces back on their feet. Ivan not only provided fast efficient service and repair but also threw in a discount just cause of the hardship I was going through. He went out of his way to set me up with rides to pick up and drop off my car while it was being serviced, and he also offered taking me to work at 7 in the morning when I my car was out of commission. I don't know too many business owners that would go so far to ensure that their customers are treated with kindness and respect. I would highly recommend this place to any non-european car owner whose car needs a tune-up!

This shop came highly recommended to me by a friend. It's always hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust! And, while it isn't super close to me, it's worth the drive. The shop seems to be ran very professionally, they are very friendly and honest, and I feel as if I am treated with respect, which I appreciate as a woman. I called to set up an appointment and they got me in and out pretty quickly. I have used them several times and have been very pleased. Will come back again.

Currently we have three generations taking our vehicles to Ivan. Taking our cars to him for over 25 years. When I was having a difficult time financially he was able to discern what my car needed to be safe and what could be put off. Always honest and sincere. Wouldn't go to anyone else. Even if I drove a Fiat, Ford or Ferrari (yeah I wish).

I have been taking all my Honda vehicles exclusively to this business since about 2003. I currently own a '03 Honda Pilot, an '06 Honda Civic coupe, and an '09 Honda Civic sedan. As you can see, I'm a loyal Honda owner. Part of the reason I continue to purchase Honda products is because I know I have an excellent and trustworthy mechanic. Ivan, who is the owner and who is also a mechanic, is straightforward, honest, hardworking, and there is never any pressure. His prices are not discount, but they are fair and are usually less than a dealer will charge you. He uses genuine Honda parts just like a dealer does. There have been times over the years when Ivan has not charged me for minor repairs, or to diagnose a problem. When I was in the process of purchasing the "06 Civic used, he fully inspected the vehicle prior to purchase without charging me. I also like a mechanic who tells you something doesn't need to be repaired or replaced, or it can wait until another time. How often does that happen? Ivan is very conscious of the fact that people live on a budget. I have never had an issue with Ivan. Be forewarned: the shop looks old, but don't judge a book by its cover. This in no way affects the ability to repair your vehicle. Although I only own Hondas, the business also works on other makes of vehicles.

Went to az exclusive because they had the best price and uses honda parts with warranty...everywhere I called wanted 350-450 for a wheel bearing replacement...Ivan gave me a quote for half of that if you own a honda or acura take it to az exclusive

When I had a Honda years ago, someone recommended Arizona Exclusive Car Care. I took my Honda there and had excellent service. Many times they could have taken advantage of me (being a woman and not knowing a lot about cars), but they didn't. I'd had many bad experiences in the past and was skeptical to go to someone new, but from the very first time through every time at AZ Exclusive I got honest, fair, reliable service. My next car is going to be a Honda again because I want to get great service from someone I trust - Ivan and his crew. They care for more than just your motor vehicle. :)

Two friends recommended Ivan's shop for its honesty and price. I went in yesterday to have my brake pads evaluated as the Dealer said I would need new brake pads in the New Year. The evaluation was quick and I was told the brake pads had quite a bit of padding at this time and to stop riding the brake a bit. Nothing needed to be done. I went to Ivan as I did not want to return to the Honda Dealer. My last visit at Honda I was told that I needed a new timing belt and transmission flush. I just got a new timing belt a year ago 12/22 from another Honda specialist in Tempe. The Honda Dealer apologized and said we only looked at the paperwork and didn't really look at your timing belts". Regarding the transmission flush, the Honda Dealer replaced the transmission a year and a half ago and a transmission flush was not needed. The Honda dealer apologized again for missing that detail. So yes I was looking for some honesty, attention to detail and fair pricing and found it at Exclusive Car Care yesterday.

If you drive a Honda and live in the Metro Phoenix area, look no further for the absolutely best repair shop in town. I have been a customer of Ivan and Arizona Exclusive Car Repair for more than 20 years and have had nothing but great experiences and can attest to the honesty, reliability and competence of this shop. I know there are many other Honda repair facilities, but none than I trust more than Arizona Exclusive.

If you take your Honda/Acura to a dealer instead of letting Ivan or Frank take care of it, you are making a huge mistake. Ivan & Frank are the best Honda/Acura mechanics in the whole valley. The prices are very fair & the work is top quality, second to none. They have been at this location for many years. They really care about you & your car. They are honest & friendly. My son goes to Grand Canyon University and we have no family and we are from California. My wife found this place via Google and after talking to Ivan, I found him to be straight forward and sincere. I had my son's car towed to his shop and he took care of the car with care and at a fair price. I am very pleased with this place and will recommend to all Honda and Acura users. I have all Acura's in our family and I have a local mechanic I bring my cars to and he is awesome (in Sacramento CA). I feel I found a place in AZ. I do recommend this shop and will take my car to this shop again if needed.

I have never had such excellent service at a car repair business. I was referred here by a friend who has taken his cars his for 18 years. They were very accommodating and I got it in the same day I called. Had back in 1 1/2 days and was kept informed of the progress. Even got a phone call from the owner, Ivan, a few hours after I picked it up to make sure it was running smoothly and that I was satisfied with his work. WOW!

This shop is great. I got a much better deal than the other shops I got quotes from. $600 cheaper than a bigger shop. The owner/mechanic has 20+ years of experience with Honda's. This is my second visit to this shop and both times I have had great results. This visit I had my AC compressor replaced after my melted on my Honda Van.

We were recommended to try here after having history with bad mechanics. We have now been back twice for different issues. Not only are they honest, fair and upfront but they also do great work and fast too. This week we dropped out can off at 7 30am and it was ready by 1pm. We were thinking it would be at least 24 hours like other mechanics. We will recommend here time and time again

Had battery troubles on a Monday morning, and Ivan and his crew we the guys for the job! Drove my car over on my break and picked it up on my lunch break. Easy to talk to, and to the point service...I'll be back for repairs and services when I need them and KNOW I'll be taken care of.
